Craig started working in the financial services industry in 1985 and moved into financial planning in 1994 with the State Bank of NSW. He then joined Purkiss Partners in 1999 which merged with three other Central Coast public accounting, tax, audit and wealth management businesses in 2006 to become Fortunity.

Craig is a Certified Financial Planner and specialises in long-term wealth creation and protection, retirement planning, aged care, estate planning, business insurance and self-managed superannuation. He looks after many of our small business owners and clients with SMSF’s. He’s passionate about helping clients build on their wealth and financial security.

Paul has 30+ years’ experience, including eight years with one of the Big 6 in Australia and overseas. Paul also worked for Purkiss Partners before the 2006 merger. He specialises in business valuations, taxation law, business planning and audit – focused on the medical, construction and legal fields and professional sports.

With 20+ years’ experience, Tricia is motivated by a desire to help businesses grow, fulfil their full potential and achieve their goals as a result of solid financial and business advice. She specialises in general accounting, small business advisory and taxation law, particularly for the childcare, medical, construction and primary production industries.

Tricia also heads up our Fortunity in the Community committee, our own charitable group which supports local and national charities such as Coast Shelter and the Australian Red Cross.

Tim Davidson

Tim has 35+ years’ experience and more than 25 of these as a Partner/Director. He specialises in general accounting, audit, business and tax advice for registered hospitality clubs, not-for-profits and aged care, SMSF’s and private companies.

Tim is Chairman of PrimeGlobal World Board, one of the top five associations of independent accounting firms in the world. Tim previously led and represented accounting and business services firms in the Oceania region, he now does this worldwide.

John Staunton

Having joined Fortunity in 2006 as Senior Associate, John helps small and medium businesses – particularly those in the manufacturing and construction industries – to meet their required tax obligations and also develops tax minimisation and business growth strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Prior to Fortunity, John worked as Divisional Accountant for Beyond International Ltd and HLB Mann Judd in Sydney as their Manager, Business Services.

Shaun O’Farrell

Shaun joined Fortunity as a Financial Planner/Director in 2012 from his previous role with Financial Success Australia as Senior Financial Advisor. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. A key member of our Financial Planning team, Shaun – like Craig – specialises in retirees, SMSF’s, small business owners, business insurance, estate planning and aged care.

His responsibilities also include new business development from referrals and organic growth. Shaun is a Certified Financial Planner and he also holds a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.
