David Purkiss, Business Advisor, BCom, FCA, MBA
David has 35 years of accounting, tax and business advisory experience of which 25 have been as a Partner or Managing Partner with various local firms including Fortunity.

David's specialisations include management consulting, strategic planning, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions.  David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.  To compliment this experience, he has undertaken extensive undergraduate and postgraduate studies including completion of the Master of Business Administration degree at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

David was instrumental in initiating the progressive merger of four of the leading public accounting, tax, audit and wealth management business's on the Central Coast; Purkiss Partners, Bird Cameron, Harwoods Mudge Coleman and T R Davidson & Co. The culmination of these merged entities trades as Fortunity.

David is now semi-retired, retains a number of business interests and directorships and provides business advisory services to a small number of clients of Fortunity.
