We are looking for a talented professional, with strong organisation and communication skills, keen to pursue a career in Marketing and/or Human Resources.
This is a great learning opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in both Marketing and Human Resources, as it is a supporting role that offers you variety across both functions and responsibility that is rarely available at assistant level.
This is a very hands-on role for a motivated individual and we are open to the type of person we are looking for…. You might be a uni graduate looking to make your in break in the industry, you might have some Marketing experience but would like exposure to HR, you might have TAFE qualifications in graphic design or online marketing or you might even be still studying HR or Marketing part time and would like to get a head start on your career.
Whatever your situation might be, if you can provide professional and confidential assistance and contribute to the continual improvement of Fortunity's Marketing and HR initiatives, then this may be the role you.

It is essential that you have...
advanced Microsoft skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
proven understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times;
flexibility, as you will be involved in some out of hours business initiatives;
studied or are studying either Marketing or HR;
outstanding communication skills, be well presented and be prepared to take the initiative;
a commitment to personal development and a desire to contribute to the ongoing development of our firm.
It is desirable that you have...
previous work experience in a professional environment;
working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator;
graphic design experience and creative flair,
experience in event coordination;
copywriting capabilities;
marketing experience in digital media.
