Terms & Conditions of Service
The provision of the services outlined in your service agreement letter is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in your individual agreement with Fortunity. Prior to the commencement of our services, we require your written acknowledgement, of the service arrangements contained in your service agreement letter and the trading terms and conditions. 

Financial Planning provided by Fortunity Wealth Management Pty Ltd authorised by Premium Wealth Management AFSL 237498.

Trading Terms
Tax invoices for the services provided by us will be forwarded on a regular basis as the work progresses. Payment is required within fourteen (14) days of the date of our invoice.

After consideration of extenuating circumstances and any other relevant factors, we reserve the right to cease or suspend work where any invoice issued by us pursuant to this business services agreement is overdue. We do not offer refunds on services already provided.

Fee Arrangement
Our professional fees for services provided to you will be based on the time and degree of skills required to complete the engagement, including any direct out-of-pocket (e.g. phone, facsimile, travel, couriers, and photocopying expenses) plus GST payable for the services provided. Individual hourly rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved and the experience and skills required. We reserve the right to change hourly rates without prior notice. All pricing is quoted in AUD unless otherwise specified.
